July 2026

Activity Note: Empowering Women of the Bhiwandi Redlight area - July 2026

Today, the Path of Bliss team also visited the Bhiwandi Redlight area at Kshamata centre.

We spent time speaking with the women and understanding their challenges firsthand. It was inspiring to hear about their resilience and their commitment to rebuilding independent and dignified lives. Some of them who were also mothers were determined to educate their children and make them live a dignified life. One of the daughters is a proud nurse.

We also saw their stitching centre in action. The women are being trained in tailoring and livelihood skills as part of their economic empowerment. Their products are even advertised and sold through the centre’s website, giving them a platform to reach customers and earn with dignity.

As part of our support this month, Path of Bliss donated:

- Basic essentials: First aid kits and sanitary napkins

- Educational materials: Slates, chalks, white boards, and chart papers

- Livelihood training materials: Threads and scissors for tailoring

- Infrastructure support: A ceiling fan and a large floor mattress for the centre

It was deeply moving to witness the holistic care being provided — psychological, social, and economic — to help each woman heal, regain confidence, and reintegrate into society.

We remain committed to supporting this journey and will continue to stand with these brave women.

Activity Note: Children’s Observation Home, Bhiwandi | June 2026

Today, the Path of Bliss team visited the Children’s Observation Home, Bhiwandi, run by the District Probation and After Care Association.

This home is a secure shelter for orphans, abandoned children, and juvenile delinquents, with a capacity of 140 children. Earlier, we had supported them in revamping the common kitchen that serves both the boys’ and girls’ homes.

As part of our ongoing support, Path of Bliss donated 2 new machines this month:

1. Steam Machine – for making idli, dhokla, etc.

2. Gravy-making Machine – for preparing curry pastes and chutneys

We are happy to share that we got to see both machines working today and also had the opportunity to taste the delicious idlis made in the new steam machine.

It was heartwarming to see the kitchen functioning smoothly and the children benefitting from better meals prepared with improved facilities.

Path of Bliss – May 2026 Activity 🌟

Support for Educational Needs of the Underprivileged

This month, we had the privilege of supporting Smiles Foundation with laptops, speakers, and other accessories to help fulfill educational needs of underprivileged children.

It was heartening to see their focus on holistic development — phonics, English speaking, and diverse art skills for students, especially girls from varied backgrounds.

The vocational training centre, right in the heart of Chembur, is doing incredible work. It’s truly touching to see people dedicating their lives to such noble pursuits.

The time spent there was deeply motivating and inspiring for all of us 🙏

Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Let’s keep spreading the light! ✨

Activity for April 26 - Uplifting Chaudharwadi School

Chaudharwadi is an Adivasi village with a ZP school running up to Std. 5, nurturing 35 bright young minds in Karjat. This month, PoB helped them step into digital learning by setting up a smart classroom with a Smart TV. Along with the Smart TV, we also donated stationery and sports equipment to support holistic development.

We had a brief interaction with the teachers, students and parents. The kids were super thrilled to attend the school because of the Smart TV.

We also donated equipment for the tailoring unit at Jambrug.

This PoB activity was conducted along with members from Muktai manch.

After this monthly acti, we visited Ambivli school and PNP school where we had previously donated laptop and had set a science laboratory respectively. The teachers were very eager to share how their students are benefiting. A student from PNP topped SSc in entire Raigad district and the teachers profusely thanked PoB for the generous help in setting the science lab.

April 2026

Dear Members,

We are happy to share that Path of Bliss was invited to present our work at the Annual Foundation Day of the cultural group Muktai Manch at Nerul yesterday.

We delivered a 20-minute talk covering our mission and the five core areas of our work: Food, Clothing, Shelter, Education, and Medicines.

We also showcased our key projects, including visits to old age homes, orphanages, remand homes, observation homes, and shelter homes for women, children, beggars, and the mentally challenged & visually impaired. The talk highlighted our initiatives for the transgender community, flood-affected families, animal shelters, women empowerment, schools, village medical camps, water wheel distribution, toilet construction, and many other ongoing programs.

We are grateful to share that Muktai Manch has generously supported our work with a donation of ₹50,000.

Our sincere thanks to Jyoti Belekar for connecting us with Muktai Manch and making this opportunity possible.

Thank you all for your continued support and dedication.

Warm regards,

Team Path of Bliss
