POB Activity for November 2025: Supporting Deonar Special Home for Girls
This place homes 29 minor girls (aged 12-18 years) who have been rescued from the flesh trade, assaults, and trafficking. This month, PoB supported this centre with groceries, nutritious food, sanitary napkins, and basic hygiene essentials. We also provided them with sattu to help meet their protein requirements. A big thank you to our kind members for donating sufficient clothes and bedsheets. POB members also volunteered to teach the girls some skills like English speaking, drawing.
Next door, we visited Navjeevan - a centre for women, where we got a glimpse of the products they've been working on. They're hosting an exhibition in December and have extended an invitation to our members to attend. As always, it was a wonderful activity. Thank you, team 🙏🏽

Activity for October: Revive the seed to thread project through Gram Seva Mandal, Wardha
The power supply system at Gram Sewa Mandal needs an upgradation to reliably meet the load requirement of 100 HP. This upgrade involves the replacement of Kit-Kat fuses and cables, installation of new open-air conductors, and erection of poles for conductors.
This month, PoB supported the Mandal to upgrade the power supply system for their pre-spinning unit at Gopuri Wardha. This helped them revive their cotton seed to thread project again.🙏🙏

Activity for September 2025: Support for Chembur Children's Home Prathmik School to get their firefighting equipment functional
This month, POB worked with Chembur Children’s Home by getting their firefighting equipment functional. This will help them renew their licence for the next three years and allow the school to function. We also donated storage utensils for food grains. Thanks to one of our members, Srinivas, who donated snacks for the kids. Some of the snacks were distributed today, and the rest will be distributed over the coming few days.
We spent some time with the kids, and a few of them graced us with their talented rap singing.
Thank you for making this activity a success. The happiness of the children made the experience invaluable.

Activity for August 2025: Broadening Humanism- Support to animal shelter home
In line with Neohumanism's principles of extending love, respect, and compassion to all living beings, Path of Bliss supported Freedom Farm, an animal shelter run by Citizens for Animal Protection in Thane's Ghodbunder area. The shelter was struggling due to increased distress cases, torrential rains, and waterlogging.
PoB donated 10 dog cages to help them accommodate more rescues. One of our kind member also donated rice for the animals.
Thank you to the PoB family 🙏🐾💕

Activity for June 2025: Yoga Day celebration and Science Lab inauguration at PNP school, Karjat
PNP School in Jambrung, Karjat, is a shining example of community spirit - born out of the villagers' unwavering desire for knowledge and built through their collective efforts. This unique school is a testament to their dedication and perseverance. Founded 20 years ago, without any government support, the school has grown steadily, serving students in standards 8-10. The teachers have been working voluntarily for more than 16 years. Today, it proudly educates 110 students, providing them with free education and empowering their future.
1. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, PoB organized a special event promoting wellness and mindfulness. The tribal students were introduced to the basics of yoga sadhana.
2. We also donated a storage cupboard and sports equipments to encourage physical activity and teamwork.
3. Additionally, with the kind help from one of our members, we helped the school to set up a science laboratory to empower students with hands-on learning experiences. The teachers were happy that now the students will be able to perform experiments and won't suffer during their board exams
Heartfelt gratitude to PoB family for your support and trust in our efforts to make a meaningful difference. 🙏🏽
